- 1 bunch kale de-stemmed
- 2 medium green onions
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 2 cloves garlic peeled
- 1 lemon juiced
- 1/4 c. of olive oil
- salt & black pepper
- Steam kale until wilted.
- Add kale, garlic, parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice and oil to food processor. Blend until desired consistency.
- Add salt and black pepper to taste.
You may add additional olive oil if you like a thinner consistency to your pesto.
