Kale Pesto

Ingredients
  

  • 1 bunch kale de-stemmed
  • 2 medium green onions
  • 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic peeled
  • 1 lemon juiced
  • 1/4 c. of olive oil
  • salt & black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Steam kale until wilted.
  • Add kale, garlic, parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice and oil to food processor. Blend until desired consistency.
  • Add salt and black pepper to taste.

Notes

You may add additional olive oil if you like a thinner consistency to your pesto.
