bunch kale
de-stemmed

medium green onions

c.
parmesan cheese

cloves
garlic
peeled

lemon
juiced

of olive oil
salt & black pepper
Instructions
Steam kale until wilted.
Add kale, garlic, parmesan cheese, green onions, lemon juice and oil to food processor. Blend until desired consistency.
Add salt and black pepper to taste.
Notes
You may add additional olive oil if you like a thinner consistency to your pesto.
