This one-pan stuffed pepper skillet is a crowd pleaser. Even my 4-year-old loves it!  Eat it by itself or top greens with this flavorful take on stuffed peppers.

Stuffed Pepper Skillet
The task of prepping stuffed peppers can be tedious.  This one pot wonder tastes just like the real thing without all the dishes and work.  We prep our’s with turkey, but you can easily swap out your favorite sausage, beef, or vegetarian crumble.  The flavors pair so nicely together and with the rice make for a super filling meal.

This is an easy and tasty dish perfect for those busy weeknights.  And as my son has determined, the leftovers taste just as great cold.  He enjoys taking them to school for a tasty and healthy lunch alternative.  This is another one of those one pot wonders you could easily batch cook or prep for a freezer meal.
