Date No Bake Energy Bites

- 12 dates (pitted)
- 3-4 tbsp. applesauce
- 12 almonds
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ½ c. oats
- ¼ c. raisins
- ¼ c. unsweetened coconut
- 1 tbsp. almond butter
- Place the dates and applesauce in a food processor, blend until smooth.
- Add almonds and cinnamon, mix.
- Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
- Using a scoop or spoon roll mixture into 1" balls.
- Place on parchment paper in the fridge until firm.
- Serve straight from the fridge.
