Easy Valentine’s Pom Pom Garland

Valentine’s Day is upon us and I’ve got a couple more crafts to share.  We brought a little love to our mantle with a fun framed wreath.  A cascading pom pom garland adorned the second mantle in our kitchen.  We finished it off with an oversized tin heart tray and a custom chalkboard frame.

This Valentine’s pom pom garland is so easy.  You only need a few supplies and a couple minutes to make a versatile garland to adorn your loving home.  Another fantastic project I was able to complete thanks to the wonderful selection of supplies from Oriental Trading Company.

Supplies:
thread
pom-poms
needles

Directions:
Thread your needle through the end of your thread.  Bakers twine works too for a chunkier garland.

Pierce each pom pom with the needle and slide to the end.  To keep your thread from getting tangled wait until the end to cut to size.  Pull the thread directly from the spool as needed.

Hang your garland horizontal or vertical.  To achieve the same look as I did, cut lengths of threads and knot one end.  Add pom-poms onto the thread and secure to the ceiling with washi tape.
