A couple weekends ago we took a trip to downtown Glendale. If you live in Phoenix and you don’t already know, Catlin Court has some of the best places to take pictures. Head down there before the shops open and you have a clear space to take your photos and the lighting is perfect.
We started a tradition of sorts when we moved to our home in Sahuarita. We decided our Christmas cards would feature pictures of us at iconic places in our new home. Catlin Court seemed like the perfect place. Can anyone guess what local tea room the picture below was taken at?
We managed to get a couple good group family photos, our first as a family of 4! Then there were the ones where only Aiden looked good, or JD and Emerson, and even me sometimes. I’m quickly learning the power of selective editing and cropping. I just loved how grownup Aiden looked in this picture and wanted him to be the focus.
Aren’t I a lucky girl. Check out these handsome boys. I just love the ones of Aiden and his daddy, but the one of Emerson looking up at him melts my heart too.
