Delicious Brownie Cookies
Have I got a new cookie for you! Brownie meets cookie in this recipe. If you are one of those brownie fans that quickly jumps at taking an end piece this is the cookie for you.  This is not brownie brittle, these brownie cookies have a moist brownie center with a slightly crisp edge.  Plus, they are less messy making them perfect to throw in a school lunch or serve up with a heap of ice cream between two cookies.

You could very well take your favorite brownie recipe and accomplish the same effect. Just increase the flour and eggs and reduce the liquid. In this case we eliminated the water all together. Since I was a kid moist supreme brownies have been a favorite. I used my favorite 18.25 oz brownie mix for this brownie cookie recipe.
