At one point in our parenting career we will all have to wash a handful of bottles or sippy cups, right? It’s a chore we probably don’t think much about, but a necessary one. It was a task my poor husband was given in the wee hours of the night when I was pumping round the clock. Thank goodness my first born and I figured out the whole nursing thing a couple weeks in. Now, unless I’m standing around washing dishes at my grandma’s sink I much rather spend my relaxing evening hours snuggled up on the couch. That’s where the Boon SUDS comes in. It provides the convenience we all crave as sleep-deprived and over-stretched parents. What looks to be a simple bottle brush and basin is actually a handy personal dishwasher for bottles and sippy cups. There are so many more applications than your kids cups and bottles too. Think outside the box to coffee thermos’ and shake bottles. All those cups (ahem, wine glasses) that are handwash only are easily cleaned, faster and more thoroughly than you can by hand.

The Boon SUDS easily breaks down for drying and storage. And you do want to make sure you are taking it apart frequently to remove any excess water and prolong the life of the SUDS.

The spin brush has firm bristles that get in and breakdown grease and food particles. We always had to handwash bottles because breastmilk is so fatty. Throwing it in the dishwasher was not an option, they’d come out with a greasy film. When my kids got older they loved, still do, smoothies. The dishwasher was no match for all the pulp.
