4 tbsp. water
1 c. cranberries
1/2 c. sugar for dusting (mixture of cane and granulated works best)
Cook 1/2 cup sugar and 4 tablespoons water in small saucepan over low heat, stirring until sugar dissolves.
Pour simple syrup over cranberries. Allow them to marinate overnight.
Drain berries, then roll in 1/2 c. sugar.
Transfer and allow them to dry for at least 30 minutes.
Place a few cranberries on a bamboo skewer to garnish a delicious holiday drink.
Candied Cranberries
Sparkling candied cranberries make a gorgeous garnish.
