We love breakfast around here. Breakfast for lunch, dinner, anything goes. Tomorrow French Toast is on the menu, but I’m always looking for new dishes to try out. Pumpkin pancakes are a family tradition in the fall and winter on Sundays.
I’m not big on fruit compote myself, but a pumpkin pancake cup would be so delicious with a scoop of cool whip.
I discovered this gem of a recipe a few months ago on Pinterest. Now our family has gotten the recipe just right for AZ and we make them monthly. Slice the bagels and place in the freezer for breakfast for weeks.
Crockpot plus apples and cinnamon equals delicious. At least that’s what my husband tells me. I do a similar slow cook recipe for applesauce and that is to die for.
Umm… Hello? Why didn’t I think of this before buying the fancy batter dispenser. Only downside I see is filling the thing. Funnel might work, but depends on thickness of your batter, I guess.
Another genius breakfast find. Perfect hash browns every time, with a bit of seasoning and patience. Who knew your waffle maker was good for more.
Can’t wait for next fall to try this recipe. We love TJ’s pumpkin pancake mix, but these look fantastic too.
Does your family have any breakfast food traditions?
