In just less than 6 months I will have a 4 year old and a one year old. I can’t believe my lil men are growing up so quickly. I’ve already started brainstorming their combined birthday. We are thinking a lil man theme with a circus/carnival spin. And what lil man party would be complete without mustaches’.
I currently have a party board filled with mustache and lil man inspiration. The one thing that keeps popping up is mustache cookies; the perfect accessory and party favor. So I was excited when (sponsored) Fuzzy-Ink sent me a cookie cutter set to review.
You might notice that my cookies are not the classic sugar cookie cutout. I like sugar cookies, but we started a tradition with my son at his first birthday, chocolate chip cookies. Well, actually my best-friends mom growing up always made a huge chocolate chip cookie, like the ones you see at Paradise Bakery. Anyways, I always loved that idea. It’s worked out perfect because Aiden likes cake, but he LOVES cookies.
These cookies were so quick using the mustache cookie cutters. They come in a variety pack of 3, made of stainless steel. We started out with store bought cookie dough, flattened it in a non-stick pan, baked, cooled for 1 minute, cut our cookies, and cooled the remainder on a cooling rack.
