This week I am taking a breaking from talking about myself. Though make sure to vote in the gender poll and check back next week for the big announcement. I am asking for some support from the community that is always there for emotional support, advice, and as a cheering section. One of our Sistas has recently been through a rough patch. She is finally home after being hospitalized for 92 days.
Juliana and I started chatting a few months ago before she was hospitalized after she found out I sold Thirty-One. We started corresponding through email chattin about hosting and selling. A few weeks in she told me she was in the hospital and would probably be there for a few weeks; she was so thoughtful. Here she is in the hospital and she’s worried about my feelings, she didn’t want me to think I was being ignored. Anyways I checked in often on her twitter feed to see how she was doing. I was amazed every time that most of her tweets were supporting one cause or another. Not focusing on the battle she was facing. Did you know you can live without a stomach? I didn’t, but that’s how Julianna is living these days, spleen free and stomach free. Amazing!
Enough of the back story. Julianna was a successful Pampered Chef director and she would now like to become a Thirty-One consultant. I thought of her as soon as our new incentive came out, thinking of a 3 month hospital visit and all the bills associated. What a perfect opportunity for her to earn some extra cash to help out her family. Our current promotion will allow her to earn a rebate on her kit. Unfortunately the hardship of all those hospital bills is preventing her from realizing it.
