No scale picture today and no weight to report. Early morning today. Had to sneak quietly out of the house at 5:45 am. I’ll update later in the week.
Today was the first day of my modified Juice Diet. 2 meals and all snacks consisted of juice, fruits, and/or vegetables. I felt energized in the morning, but by mid-afternoon I was suffering a headache. I’m having trouble separating out the cause of my headaches from diet and adjusting to the large amount of driving I’m doing. This weekend the plan is to go completely into the juice fast (Friday-Monday). Hopefully with 4 days at home I can determine what is actually causing my headaches/migraines.
In all honesty my activity level needs to be increased this week. I let it fall by the wayside again. My hubby returned to classes this week and a schedule change threw off my normal workout routine. Now that we have it figured out I need to go back to meal planning and a workout schedule.
More excuses this week for my lack of activity it’s time to kick it in gear and not look back. Looking forward to the new adventure ahead of me with this juice fast. Hopefully Bed, Bath & Beyond will be quick about getting my new Cuisinart 5-Speed Juicer to me. Unfortunately the Breville line is completely out on popular online retailers and stores in home.
