Cloth Diapers (affiliate link)
Fabric
Ribbon
Iron-On
Sewing Machine/Thread
Prewash your material and cloth diapers. Cut out your material and adhere to the cloth diaper with iron-on material.
Attach fabric with contrasting/coordinating thread.
Sew ribbons on with a tight straight stitch.
