Date No Bake Energy Bites

Ingredients
  • 12 dates (pitted)
  • 3-4 tbsp. applesauce
  • 12 almonds
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • ½ c. oats
  • ¼ c. raisins
  • ¼ c. unsweetened coconut
  • 1 tbsp. almond butter
Directions
  1. Place the dates and applesauce in a food processor, blend until smooth.
  2. Add almonds and cinnamon, mix.
  3. Transfer mixture to a medium bowl. Add remaining ingredients and mix.
  4. Using a scoop or spoon roll mixture into 1" balls.
  5. Place on parchment paper in the fridge until firm.
  6. Serve straight from the fridge.
