These are the easiest and tastiest peanut butter cookies I have ever eaten. I started making these back in high school for all my girlfriends. Back then we called them peanut butter men. We always made them with a gingerbread cookie cutter/mold.
1 c. Peanut Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 egg
1 c. Sugar
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix ingredients
Spoon onto cookie sheet
Flatten and make cross pattern with fork
Cook for 8-10 minutes
