My friend Becca tagged me in a recent post with her 7 Super Shots, a Hostel Bookers meme. I decided to play along with the fun. With a little one we don’t take huge trips, but once a year. Most of our “traveling” is done around the state or right in town. All my photos were taken right here in Arizona within past 6 months, with the exception of the jem at the end.
So I broke the rules the first time. I’m going to challenge myself to make my pictures fit the task.
A photo that…makes me laugh or smile
This was one of my favorite pictures from our Spring Break adventures. We took Aiden for a short trip to Superstition Springs Farms. He loved seeing all the animals, even if we did find out he has daddy’s hay allergy. The horse was so sweet, I love how Aiden’s arm is craddling right around his nose.

We had fun checking out the new Elephant exhibit at the Reid Park Zoo in Tucson. It didn’t taken Aiden long to find the instrument exhibits.
A photo that…makes my mouth water
There were lots of great pictures from our trip to Mt. Lemmon, but I love this one the most. Aiden looks like he’s just leaning back while daddy feeds him some snow.
A photo that…makes me dream
Another picture from the farm. We quickly became attached to the tractors. This picture captured the pure joy of a little boy and his tractor.
A photo that…tells a story
This one was taken at the Pima Air and Space Museum in Tucson. It was the first trip for the whole family. Aiden slept for a good part of it, but was running around just like this action shot shows to see all the cool planes.

There’s nothing more fun than picking out your own pumpkin for Halloween. Aiden’s checking out the huge pumpkin daddy picked out. I love the color of the sky and the angle of this shot.
A photo that…takes my breath away
This picture just had to make the list. There were plenty of character meet and greets, but this one takes the cake. Love my sweet little boy giving Minnie kisses, such a ladies man.
